 The new Bishop’s residence is situated in the west part of the city, at Balinovac, between the former Bishop’s residence and the Franciscan church. It was built in 1906 as a project of Max-Maximilian David from 1902. The building was designed in the spirit of the renaissance revivle- an eclectic historical style in architecture at the transition between the 19th and the 20th century on the broader area of Austro-Hungaria.
