In order to promote the exceptional gastronomic delights of the region of Mostar and Herzegovina city of Mostar, in cooperation with the Association "Okusi Hercegovinu" organized gastronomic festival under the title MOSTARSKI IZLOG.
This gastronomic event will be held on Sunday 31.07.2011. in the period 19:00 (07:00 P.M.) to 22:00 (10:00 P.M.) on the plateau in front of the hammam in the old city center.
Visitors and tourists will be able to taste traditional dishes Herzegovina, as well as the indigenous products of Herzegovina region (organically produced fruits, honey and honey products, homemade fruit liqueurs, Herzegovinian cheese)
This is also an invitation to all interested to come to the Festival of gastronomic delights of the City of Mostar and discover the culinary riches of Herzegovina region, unique for its taste and smell.
Project implemented by the City of Mostar, in cooperation with the Association "Okusi Hercegovinu" as a partner and with financial assistance from the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism.
Restaurants and associations from Mostar who participate in the project are:Restaurants "MM", "Theater Café," "Radobolja", "Manđaria" and "Rondo", Association of manufacturers Herzegovinian cheese from bellows Beekeepers Association ”Vrijesak”, Eco - Line Mostar, and the Family Farm "Radic".
