We have formed in 2003, thus joining the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the recognition of the Blues as a world-renowned music direction. This is the only Blues Festival in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the past nine years, among others, MBF featuring following performers:

Snowy White, Danny Shepard, Tito &Tarantula, Big Brother & The Holding Company, Ana Popović, Mike Del Ferro, Deborah Coleman, Innes Sibun, Midnight Train, Goran Bare & Majke, Point Blank, Partibrejkers, Stop, Telephone Blues Band & Dado Topić, Zdenka Kovačiček, Vlatko Stefanovski & Miroslav Tadić and others.
Mostar Blues Festival also presents young Blues artists, thus motivating their future work.
As a part of Festival's programs we organize master classes as well as broadcasting of documentaries presenting evolution of the Blues.
